What the program is
Barakah Holdings LLC sends text messages about your shipment, including quote follow-ups, carrier assignment and driver contact details, pickup and delivery scheduling updates, Bill of Lading inspection reminders, and follow-ups on active shipments.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your phone number on our quote or contact form and checking the box that agrees to receive text messages. We do not pre-check it for you. Consent is never a condition of buying any service.
How often you'll hear from us
Message frequency varies with your shipment. Typically you will receive 2 to 6 messages per active booking, covering pickup, transit, and delivery updates.
What it costs
We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply, as set by your wireless carrier and rate plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have unsubscribed, and we will not send further texts to that number.

Delivery of messages
